TENDER DESCRIPTION
The works being tendered include earthworks (approx. 1,450 m3 excavation), drainage works within and outside the construction site area (approx. 200 m of sub-base pipes), strengthening/upgrade of the staircases in the existing building, and masonry works in the existing building (approx. 760 m2). Concrete and reinforced concrete works as well as masonry works for the construction of the extension (three-storey building with overall dimensions of approx. 33.80 m x 8.60 m), on a load-bearing ground slab and external and internal walls as well as ceilings made of cast-in-place concrete, i.e. masonry, and works at the interfaces to the existing building structure.
