TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the supply and installation of medical equipment and devices for the Provincial Hospital in Bielsko-Biała, ul. Armii Krajowej 101, 43-316 Bielsko-Biała, including: 1) supply and installation of syringe infusion pumps for the Department of General Surgery and Vascular Surgery of the Provincial Hospital in Bielsko-Biała – Part 1 in the types specified in Annex No 2 to the Terms of Contract Conditions (Specyfikacja Warunków Zamówienia), hereinafter “swz”, meeting the quality parameters specified in Annex No 2 to the swz and under the conditions set out in the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex No 5 to the swz. 2. The delivery of the contract subject together with transport, unloading and installation shall be carried out at the cost and risk of the Contractor. 1.
