TENDER DESCRIPTION
The scaffolding work to be tendered involves approximately 4,415 m2 of work and safety scaffolding as façade scaffolding for the trades of structural work, roof waterproofing work, PV system, lightning protection, and window installation. The three connected building components to be scaffolded have total external dimensions of approximately 90 m x 42 m (extension approximately 8.5 m x 33.50 m). The parapet height is approximately 8.50 m above finished school yard level and approximately 12.50 m above finished ground level. The scaffolding work for the extension is divided into two construction phases.
