TENDER DESCRIPTION

The tendered scaffolding works involve approx. 4,415 m2 of working and protective scaffolding as façade scaffolding for the trades of structural work, roof sealing works, PV system, lightning protection and window installation. The three interconnected components of the building to be scaffolded have an overall external dimension of approx. 90 m x 42 m (extension approx. 8.5 m x 33.50 m). The parapet height is approx. 8.50 m above OK schoolyard and approx. 12.50 m above OK site level. The scaffolding work for the extension is divided into two construction phases.
