TENDER DESCRIPTION

This procurement provides for delivery, including registration with the Road Police and provision of warranty service and repair of new, unused light-duty special vehicles with dual drive (4x4) for localizing cable faults and testing medium- and low-voltage cable lines for the needs of “Electrodistribution North” AD. Note: The registration of the vehicles with the Road Police is carried out as a “special” vehicle, which is explicitly stated in the registration certificate. The procurement includes two stages of performance, as follows: Stage A: Delivery of specialized vehicles for detecting cable faults and testing power cables — single-phase implementation and handover of all documentation, materials and software products, including operating instructions. Stage B: Training of the Contracting Authority’s specialists to work with the delivered specialized vehicles for detecting cable faults and testing power cables, including: Preparing a training program for specialists in the Bulgarian language.
