TENDER DESCRIPTION

The building complex is a school building that was constructed at the end of the 1970s. A complete comprehensive refurbishment of the Johannes-Hirspeck-Middle School is now to be carried out, including the creation of a barrier-free access route (lift) and an upgrading in terms of energy efficiency and fire protection technology (escape stairwell, east façade). The external works planned as part of the comprehensive refurbishment of the school include the following measures: - Demolition/dismantling of existing asphalt areas (approx. 2,200 m²) - Construction of new asphalt areas (approx. 1,900 m²), including partial surface finishing with coloured epoxy resin coating - Paved areas with concrete block paving (approx. 150 m²) - Edgings using granite large paving strips (approx. 1,150 m) - Concrete demolition works (approx. 100 m³ stairs, light well, etc.) - Install new concrete block stair treads (approx. 350 m) - Install play equipment including impact protection - Lay drainage pipes (approx. 300 m soakaway/drain pipes; replace existing yard soak-away catch pits; partially renew and add approx. 50 m of RW (rainwater) pipework) The building complex is a school building…
