TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the delivery to the Provincial Hospital in Bielsko-Biała at Al. Armii Krajowej 101 of single-use and multi-use medical articles in accordance with the quantity and type schedule specified in Appendix No. 2 to the Terms of Reference, hereinafter referred to as “ToR”, meeting the quality parameters specified in Appendix No. 2 to the ToR, on the terms specified in the draft contract provisions constituting Appendix No. 6 to the ToR. 2. The offered goods must be new and unused. 3. Delivery of the subject of the contract, including transport and unloading, shall be at the Contractor’s cost and risk. 1.
