TENDER DESCRIPTION
Delivery and ready-to-operate handover of a powerful test unit for high-cycle fatigue tests, including installation, commissioning and instruction/training. The test rig consists of a rigid four-column load frame including a hydrostatically mounted differential test cylinder, enabling both servo-hydraulic and energy-saving pulsator-driven operation of the test unit. The unit includes a suitable hydraulic pulsator. These components are to be arranged permanently and in a force-transmitting manner on an actively vibration-isolated massive machine base. The test unit must form a spring-damper system decoupled from the environment so that the vibrations inevitably caused during the cyclic tests are isolated from the environment as effectively as possible.
