The subject of the project consists of building and electromechanical works for the structural strengthening, landscaping and energy upgrade of the listed school complex at Iktinou Street 5, which was designated as a monument by virtue of the no. ΥΠΠΟ/ΔΙΝΕΣΑΚ/41018/1117 Decision of the Minister of Culture (Official Gazette 263/τΑΠΠ/2008). In summary, the works include: earthworks – excavations, concrete works, as well as investments – finishes/coverings, construction of wooden – metal elements, masonry works – plastering, and also electromechanical works (water supply, sewerage, strong & weak current electrical systems, active fire protection, heating – air conditioning, gaseous fuel).
