TENDER DESCRIPTION

Programme 29'990 localized district development plan in development zone 3 on land originally in zone 5. The 3 residential buildings (A-B-C) will be arranged around a common courtyard and will rise to 8 levels, including a shared basement connecting the whole. Building C, future property of the City of Lancy, will house a crèche on 2 levels and 14 dwellings, currently authorized as HLM-LUP on the following 4 floors. The other 2 buildings will offer commercial spaces on the ground floor, divisible at the discretion of the tenants, and up to 30 apartments on the following five levels, intended for ZD LOC rental for building B, future property of the Lancy municipal real estate foundation, and for sale in the form of PPE lots for building A. The operating allocations for buildings C and B will be reversed, i.e. ZD Loc and HLM-LUP respectively.
