TENDER DESCRIPTION

To accommodate increasing numbers of pupils, the municipality is building a four-stream, six-grade secondary school (Realschule) for approximately 770 students using the modern educational “Learning House concept”. The construction works include the redesign of all outdoor areas on the plots (Flurstücke) 253 and 254 (school grounds on Taufkirchner Straße) as well as 256/1 and 255/6 (outdoor sports facility on Hohenbrunner Straße, opposite the waterworks). The subject of this tender is the creation of the outdoor facilities, which are divided into four core areas. Transport access is provided via an asphalted access road and paved pedestrian paths from Hohenbrunner Straße, as well as a direct connection to the eastern S-Bahn foot and cycle path. Drainage is implemented using granite kerbstones and channel drains (muldenrinnen). The planned car park combines asphalt carriageways with parking spaces made of grass-joint paving, provisions for three electric-vehicle charging points, and a covered waste-storage location.
