51-P-26 Replacement of door joinery in the Internal Diseases Department The subject matter of the contract includes execution of construction works in accordance with the bill of quantities and the technical specification for execution and acceptance of works (STWIOR). In addition to the works, the subject matter of the contract includes stockpiling and disposal at a lawful landfill of demolition materials and rubble (documented with an appropriate certificate), in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2023, item 1587). The Contracting Authority requires that all installed materials and equipment used in the performance of the contract: - meet the requirements for products permitted for circulation and for general or individual use in construction as specified in the Construction Law, - be factory-new and, in terms of quality, be high-quality, - have warranty documents if covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
