TENDER DESCRIPTION

Extension of an internal gas installation together with the construction of a heating (central heating) and domestic hot water (DHW) system for a gas boiler, together with the construction of an air-flue (combustion air and exhaust gas) duct for two municipal residential premises No. 2 and No. 4 located in the building at Ułańska 5 Street in Bydgoszcz. The scope of works includes in particular: a) installation of condensing gas boilers; b) dismantling of existing heating sources and repair of the floor under the dismantled furnaces/boilers, along with filling in plaster behind the dismantled furnaces/boilers; c) construction of the electrical installation for the boilers; d) preparatory, accompanying and acceptance works enabling the proper acceptance of the scope of works as well as finishing and organizational works (including relocating existing fittings/fixtures) in the residential unit and in the common parts of the building, while ensuring continuity of residence and presence of the people living in the premises.
