TENDER DESCRIPTION

The total estimated contract value amounts to two million one hundred thousand euros (€2,100,000.00), excluding VAT, and is broken down as follows: i) €1,400,000.00 budget for service provision over a period of five (5) years, which constitutes the maximum offer limit. ii) Option rights, with a total estimated value of up to €700,000.00 (50% of the budget): A) Right to extend the contractual duration with an increase of the contract's scope: ADMIE unilaterally reserves the right to extend the contract validity by up to two and a half (2.5) additional years, with a corresponding increase in the physical and financial scope thereof, under the same terms and unit prices. B) Right to increase the contract scope during contract execution (with or without extension): ADMIE reserves the right during the execution of the contract to unilaterally assign similar services, i.e. increase the physical-financial scope of the contract, under the same terms and unit prices.
