1. The subject of the contract is the delivery to the Voivodeship Hospital in Bielsko-Biała at Al. Armii Krajowej 101, of medicinal products, according to the quantity and type schedule specified in Annex No 2 to the Terms of Reference, hereinafter referred to as the “ToR”, under the conditions set out in the draft contract provisions constituting Annex No 5 to the ToR. 2. The offered goods must be new and unused. 3.
