TENDER DESCRIPTION
A detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in Annex No 1 to the SWZ – Description of the subject of the contract. The type and quantities of the ordered assortment for the individual recipients are specified in Annex No 2 to the SWZ – Price Form. In column 4, the Contractor is required to indicate one of the pack sizes/weights from column 3. Failure to fill in the correct pack size/weight in column 4 will result in rejection of the tender pursuant to Article 226(1)(5) of the Public Procurement Law (PZP).
