TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the public procurement is "Supply of food products for the needs of KG 60 Bor" and it is not divided into separate lots due to the necessity that all goods subject to the contract be delivered under the same deadlines and conditions. The goods subject to delivery are food products. At the same time, there are no requirements imposed on participants to be producers of all or some of the supplied goods, therefore not dividing the contract into lots will not lead to a violation of competition or restriction of participation of entities. Awarding the contract without dividing it into lots guarantees the achievement of an optimal result and prevents the risk of non-fulfillment of all items included in the subject of the public procurement. Considering that all goods subject to delivery are necessary for the contracting authority for food preparation for children in the kindergartens, dividing the contract into lots would create a real risk of concluding a contract only for some of the food products, which due to the identical purpose of all goods – for preparing ready meals – would result in the inability to organize full nutrition in the contracting authority’s…
