TENDER DESCRIPTION

General: In construction section 1, the open areas between the east wing of the palace and the Ilm embankment slope (Ilmböschung) are being developed. The area to be processed extends from the northern building edge of the palace to the Stern Bridge (Sternbrücke), and in doing so includes the area between the east entrance of the palace and the Stern Bridge. The Ilm terrace currently under construction (z.Zt. in Bau befindliche Ilmterrasse) is directly adjacent to the area to be processed. The northern sub-area will be provided with a water-bound path surface and furnished with island-like shrub/perennial plantings. The area between the east entrance to the palace and the Stern Bridge receives a natural stone paving surface. All earthworks will be accompanied by TLDA/Archaeological Monument Preservation.
