TENDER DESCRIPTION

General: In construction phase 1, the open areas between the eastern wing of the palace and the Ilm embankment slope will be worked on. The area to be processed extends from the northern building edge of the palace to the Stern Bridge and thereby includes the area between the palace’s eastern entrance and the Stern Bridge. The Ilm terrace currently under construction adjoins the area to be processed directly. The northern sub-area will be paved with a water-bound pavement surface and provided with island-like shrub/perennial plantings. The area between the palace’s eastern entrance and the Stern Bridge will receive a natural stone paving surface. All earthworks will be accompanied by TLDA/Archaeological Monument Preservation.
