TENDER DESCRIPTION

The children’s home consists of 2 components. A solid existing building (basement, ground floor and first floor) and an extension component (ground floor and first floor), which is constructed as a timber structure on a concrete floor slab. Screeds made with rapid-setting cement are to be installed on all floor surfaces over insulation. The wall surfaces are to be newly plastered or made using plasterboard (GK plates). In the ground floor of the existing building, there is the kitchen, which will receive floor tiles, R11 (approx. 60 m²) with hollow cove skirting (approx. 60 m), as well as wall tiles (approx. 180 m²), full height. Also on the ground floor of the existing building, as well as on its first floor and on the ground floor of the new building, there are the toilets, which will receive floor tiles, R10 (approx. 82 m²) and wall tiles (approx. 165 m²) up to a height of 150 cm, full height in the shower areas. In the stairwell of the existing building, areas (approx. 10 m²) and skirtings and stair skirting pieces (approx. 70 m) are to be supplemented with Sollnhofer natural stone.
