TENDER DESCRIPTION

The children’s house consists of 2 building sections: a solid existing building (basement, ground floor and upper floor) and an extension section (ground floor and upper floor), which is constructed as a timber-frame structure on a concrete floor slab. Rapid-setting cement screeds on insulation are to be installed on all surfaces. The wall surfaces are to be newly plastered or made of GK plasterboards. On the ground floor of the existing building, there is the kitchen, which is to receive floor tiles, R11 (approx. 60 m²) with coved skirting (approx. 60 m), as well as wall tiles (approx. 180 m²), full height. Also on the ground floor of the existing building, as well as on its upper floor and on the ground floor of the new building, there are the toilets, which are to receive floor tiles, R10 (approx. 82 m²) and wall tiles (approx. 165 m²) up to a height of 150 cm, in the shower areas full height. In the stairwell of the existing building, areas (approx. 10 m²) and skirtings and stair skirting blocks (approx. 70 m) are to be supplemented with Sollnhofer natural stone.
