TENDER DESCRIPTION

Public playgrounds in common areas fall under the responsibility of the respective Municipalities in accordance with current legislation, specifically the Ministerial Decision of the Ministry of the Interior number 28492/2009 (Government Gazette: 931/B'/18.5.2009), as supplemented and amended by numbers oik. 48165/2009 (Government Gazette 1690/B/17.8.2009), 15693/2013 (Government Gazette 1096/B'/2.5.2013), 18239/2014 (Government Gazette 1289/B'/21.05.2014) and 27934/2014 (Government Gazette 2029/B'/25.7.2014) and similar ones. With the aforementioned decision, the conditions and technical specifications for the construction and proper operation of the playgrounds of the municipalities were defined, the differentiation of operating terms of the existing playgrounds, playgrounds prior to Ministerial Decision 27934 / Government Gazette 2029/B/2014 and newly constructed ones, the equipment and the procedure for licensing and inspecting them, the maintenance process, as well as every other necessary detail.
