TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this public procurement is: Carrying out construction supervision during the execution of construction and installation works (СМР) under the project “Conversion of a food unit in a building with identifier 65722.658.92.11 into lecture rooms and premises for the Department of “Forensic Medicine” at the Medical University – Pleven”. This public procurement with the subject of комплексни консултантски инженерингови услуги (complex consulting engineering services) will be awarded through an “open procedure” for the selection of a contractor for a public procurement. The public procurement covers: carrying out construction supervision during the construction works over all types of СМР carried out by the contractor of the respective site, in accordance with the contractor’s statutory powers and obligations as the person exercising construction supervision of the construction works, regulated in Article 166, Article 168, Article 176a of the ZУТ (Spatial Planning Act).
