TENDER DESCRIPTION
To cover their expenditure, municipalities may collect contributions from property owners, including for the establishment of their public facilities, from whom the possibility of using these public facilities offers special economic benefits. If a connection to the central public foul or stormwater sewerage system is established for a property for the first time, a one-time wastewater contribution is levied. This requires the use of a contribution rate determined by calculation. In addition, for the construction of additional connection channels, the expenditure incurred for this is to be reimbursed on a lump-sum basis by the property owner, taking into account the sewer connection lengths.
