• Design Phase: Aims to conceptualize the virtual assistant and obtain approval for the design proposal. This includes studying the state of the art, comparative analysis of solutions, defining functionalities and technical requirements, and conducting exploratory tests with different large language models (LLMs).
• Design report: Must include a comparative analysis of solutions, the approved technical and functional proposal, and a catalog of evaluation indicators, to be delivered before development.
• Functional system deployed in a controlled validation environment with technical architecture documentation: To be delivered before the execution of simulated interactions. This deployment should occur within 30 natural days or less to achieve the highest score (15 points), or up to 60 natural days for fewer points.
• Concept test validation protocol: Must include the design of simulated interactions, indicators, and data collection and analysis procedures, to be delivered before the evaluator team training.
• System user manual for the evaluator team and training support materials: To be delivered before the evaluator team training.
• Concept test evaluation report: Should detail quantitative and qualitative results, incidents detected, improvement proposals, and a scalability study, to be delivered at the end of the project.
• Source code and complete technical documentation in an accessible repository: To be delivered at the end of the project.
• Warranty period: A minimum of three months, commencing after the contract execution period ends and from the date of total acceptance of the service. This period may be extended based on the adjudicating company's offer.
