TENDER DESCRIPTION

Delivery of a device for automatic isolation of nucleic acids from biological material samples. A detailed description of the subject of the contract including the required and minimum parameter values is provided in the Assortment and Price Sheet (Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ). By the term “delivery” is meant the supply of factory-new and unused equipment indicated by the Contractor in the content of the tender, manufactured no earlier than 12 months before the date of delivery to the building and premises of the University of Łódź indicated by the Contracting Authority, Digital Biology Centre and Biomedical Sciences – Biobank Łódź®, meeting the requirements of the detailed description of the subject of the contract (Assortment and Price Sheet – Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ), together with transport and insurance costs for the period of transport, its installation/mounting, connection, configuration, start-up and verification of correct operation (in accordance with the detailed OPZ), as well as training of the indicated employees of the Contracting Authority’s laboratory staff in the operation of the equipment.
