TENDER DESCRIPTION
The car park at Fraunhofer IZS will be comprehensively refurbished and modernised in order to increase safety, functionality and future viability. The scope includes continuous fire alarm monitoring with connection to the gatehouse, new fire stopping/fire barriers, a fire alarm system, and the dismantling and new construction of the stair system on the north-west side. In addition, general and safety lighting will be renewed, the floor will be provided with protective coatings, and the top car park level will be prepared for a PV roof covering. Furthermore, a research dock will be set up as a basis for laboratory modules, for which electricity, network connections, and fresh and waste water will be laid, and the handrail on level 4 will be adjusted.
