TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the supply of a domestic water tank with a capacity of 7 m3 A detailed description of the assortment has been specified in the Technical Parameters constituting Appendix No 2 to the SWZ. The subject of the contract includes: delivery of a complete tank together with a pressure booster set, controls and equipment, along with installation and commissioning, at the location indicated by the Contracting Authority. The detailed terms and conditions for performance and settlement of the subject of the contract (deliveries) are set out in the draft provisions of the contract constituting Appendix No 4 to the SWZ. The Contracting Authority expects the unit price to be provided with an accuracy to 2 decimal places. Information on the variant offer referred to in Article 92 of the Pzp Act: The Contracting Authority does not allow for submitting variant offers.
