TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this procedure is to carry out emergency cleaning of the riverbed of the section along the course of the Leva River, within the boundaries of the urban territory of Vratsa town, with a total length of approximately 1000 metres. IMPORTANT!! Pursuant to an order of the Mayor of Vratsa Municipality, a committee has been appointed to carry out an on-site inspection and establish the actual and current operational condition of the affected section of the Leva River. In the drafted Record/Minutes (Constatative Protocol), the committee has recorded the results of the inspection carried out, including the consequences identified from adverse weather conditions and torrential rains, and has found the presence of bank collapses and subsidence, accumulation of earth and sediment (silt) masses, local undermining and backwater (impoundment), as well as significant overgrowth of the riverbed with tree and bush vegetation. Given the established actual condition and the need to take urgent measures to restore normal flow through the riverbed and to limit the risk of harmful effects of the waters, it is necessary to carry out emergency cleaning of the affected section.
