The contract volume includes facade works for building parts E and F of the service building complex Ruhrstraße to the following extent: Metal construction works: - Dismantling and disposal of 63 pieces (pcs) metal windows; - Dismantling and disposal of approx. 185 m2 P/R facades; - Dismantling and disposal of 21 pcs metal doors; - New construction of approx. 635 m2 steel post-and-beam facades; - New construction of approx. 35 m2 fire protection facade EI90; - New construction of approx. 1,340 m2 aluminium window bands; - Installation of 202 pcs aluminium windows; - Installation of 117 pcs steel frames for aluminium windows and 30 pcs fall protection railings; - New construction of 36 pcs steel sheet doors and 8 pcs tubular frame doors; - Installation of 2 pcs sectional doors and 1 pcs roller grille door; - Renovation of 1 pcs metal gate; - Installation of 439 pcs venetian blind systems; - Installation of approx. 530 m2 sheet metal claddings, partly as single cladding; - Installation of approx. 150 m attic and 41 pcs weather protection grids; Fiber cement facade: - Installation of approx. 2,180 m2 fiber cement facade including thermal insulation; Natural stone cladding: -…
