TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract volume includes facade works for the building sections E and F of the Ruhrstraße service building complex in the following scope: Metal construction works: - Dismantling and disposal of 63 units (u) of metal windows; - Dismantling and disposal of approx. 185 m2 of P/R facades; - Dismantling and disposal of 21 units of metal doors; - New construction of approx. 635 m2 of steel mullion and transom facades; - New construction of approx. 35 m2 of fire protection facade EI90; - New construction of approx. 1,340 m2 of aluminium window bands; - Installation of 202 units of Alu windows; - Installation of 117 units of steel frames for Alu windows and 30 units of fall-prevention railings; - New construction of 36 units of sheet-metal doors and 8 units of tubular frame doors; - Installation of 2 units of sectional gates and 1 unit of roll-up grille gate; - Refurbishment of 1 unit of metal gate; - Installation of 439 units of raffstore systems; - Installation of approx. 530 m2 of sheet cladding, partly as individual cladding; - Installation of approx. 150 m of parapet and 41 units of weather protection grilles; Fibre-cement facade: - Installation of approx. 2,180 m2 of…
