TENDER DESCRIPTION
The purpose of this public procurement is the selection of a Contractor possessing professional qualifications to provide consulting services within the meaning of Article 166, paragraph 1, item 1 of the ZUТ and Article 168, paragraph 1 of the ZUТ, namely exercising construction supervision in order to ensure the lawful execution of the construction and installation works (СМР) and the issuance of authorization to use the facilities included in the scope of the public procurement, as well as preparation of a final report for each facility. The Contractor is responsible for the activities and obligations of the Contractor as a participant in the investment process, as regulated in Articles 166 and 168 of the ZUT.
