TENDER DESCRIPTION

General renovation of the school complex (SC) Altstetterstrasse, general planning services (subject to credit approval) The SC Altstetterstrasse including the sports hall is to be fully renovated for another life cycle. Furthermore, the attic in the north wing is to be expanded, a production kitchen with a capacity of 320 meals is to be installed, provisions for operation during the construction period as well as climate-friendly design of the outdoor area are to be planned. The school building was last renovated in 2000 and complemented by a ZM pavilion in 2016. From autumn 2026, a second ZM pavilion will be on the school grounds. The school building is listed in the municipal inventory of art and cultural historical protected objects, and the landscape design is included in the inventory of valuable gardens and parks.
