The contract timeline is as follows:

The total duration of the contract is four (4) years, with the start date being the date of its signing.

The contract is divided into several parts, each with a specific duration starting from the contract signing date:

• Part 1: Three (3) months.
• Part 2: Three (3) months.
• Part 3: Three (3) months.
• Part 4: Three (3) months.
• Part 5: Four (4) years.

The core scope of work for this tender, as outlined in the Statement of Work summary, is the "SUPPLY OF SUBSCRIPTION LICENSES AND BACKUP EQUIPMENT, AS WELL AS PROVISION OF OPERATIONAL SUPPORT SERVICES FOR THE RELATED INFRASTRUCTURE".

The core deliverables and scope are divided into five sections, each with a duration of four years from the contract signing date:

1. Section 1: Supply and conversion of existing Cohesity Veritas NetBackup licenses from Perpetual to Subscription format, specifically 50 TB of NetBackup Enterprise XPLAT 1 Front End TB Onprem Standard Subscription.

2. Section 2: Provision of Cohesity - Veritas SaaS backup subscription licenses for Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Teams, for 1,000 units, with an option for an additional 1,000 units.

3. Section 3: Provision of Cohesity - Veritas SaaS backup subscription licenses for Microsoft Entra ID for 3,000 objects, with an option for up to an additional 1,500 licenses.

4. Section 4: Supply of one new NetBackup Flex Appliance 5270 75TB A-4 10GBASE-T - 2 25-10GB ENET - 2 32GB FC Standard Appliance Kit, including hardware and four years of Premium (24x7) Support with 4-hour Parts Delivery.

5. Section 5: Provision of operational support services for the Cohesity – Veritas and Veeam Backup Infrastructure, covering up to 150 Virtual Machines (VMs).

For all sections, the contractor must provide official documentary evidence from COHESITY - VERITAS confirming coverage for the requested licenses and equipment within two months of the contract signing. The total duration of the contract is four years, although initial delivery periods for sections 1-4 are three months from signing. Offers are to be submitted for the entire contractual scope.
