1. The subject of the contract of this tender procedure is: Supply of consumable materials for the needs of the Central Sterilization Unit, hereinafter referred to as the “goods”, in accordance with the type of assortment and quantities specified in the “Assortment and Price Form” constituting Annex No. 2 to the Terms of Reference (TOR) and according to the “Offer Form”, constituting Annex No. 1 to the TOR for the Independent Public Healthcare Institution University Clinical Hospital No. 2 of the Medical University of Lodz, ul. Żeromskiego 113, 90-549 Łódź, and the Independent Public Healthcare Institution University Clinical Hospital No. 1 named after Norbert Barlicki of the Medical University of Lodz, ul. Kopcińskiego 22, 90-153 Łódź. The contract is divided into 28 parts.
