The subject of this procurement procedure is: the supply of consumables for the Central Sterilization Unit, hereinafter referred to as “goods”, in accordance with the type of assortment and the quantities specified in the “Assortment-and-Price Form” constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ and in accordance with the “Bid Form”, constituting Annex 1 to the SWZ, for the Independent Public Healthcare Facility of the Medical University’s Clinical Hospital No. 2, University of Medical Sciences in Łódź, ul.
