Block No 9 of TU-Sofia is a four-storey massive building with a reinforced concrete structure, with a flat roof, and with a total built-up area (RЗП) = 12 867 m2. The object of this public procurement falls under Category Three within the meaning of Ordinance No 1/30.07.2003 on the nomenclature of types of construction works and the Spatial Development Act (ZUT).
