TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this public procurement is the delivery of food products, with the requirements for this described in the Technical Specification, prepared as Appendix No 1, which shall then form an integral part of the contract for the performance of the order. The contracting authority reserves the right to determine the quantities of each food product to be delivered in accordance with its requests, provided that the food ordered may not exceed the specified final value of the contract. The food products must comply with the Bulgarian State Standards (BDS) and/or equivalent standards, and must be accompanied by the necessary certificates. All food products shall be packaged and labelled. The packaging shall be sound, with labels in the Bulgarian language, and shall contain information on the type of goods, their storage, the manufacturer, quality, date of production and the shelf life, in accordance with the requirements of the Ordinance on providing information to consumers for foodstuffs (State Gazette (ДВ), issue No 25 of 26.03.2021).
