TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this public procurement includes the execution of construction and installation works for the current repair of the pitched roof of the building of 94 Secondary School "Dimitar Strashimirov", UPI I, Block 46, Sofia, Street "511" No. 22, Sofia Municipality - Slatina District. The building undergoing current repair is a construction of the fourth category under Art. 137, para. 1, item 4, letter "b" of the Spatial Development Act (ZUT) and Art. 8, para. 2, item 3 of Ordinance № 1 of 30.07.2003 on the nomenclature of types of constructions. The repair is a current repair within the meaning of § 5, item 43 of the additional provisions of ZUT, for which a construction permit is not required. The construction is part of a massive, two-story public service building intended for educational use, without a basement. The building includes: classrooms, offices, foyers, staircases, toilets, and a medical center. The subject of the contract is the current repair of the roof of the school building without affecting the load-bearing structure and interior layout.
