TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract concerns the conclusion of one RAW framework agreement (hereinafter: ROVK WBKW 2027 – 2030 or framework agreement) for the preparation and execution of hydraulic engineering works on the hydraulic engineering assets of the Ministry of Defence in Den Helder and on Texel. During the term of ROVK WBKW 2027 – 2030, the works will be commissioned through separate sub-assignments. The works primarily consist of functional adjustments, replacement investments, planned maintenance, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and carrying out an emergency service. The works relate, among other things, to quays, jetties, bank coverings and bank protection, mooring facilities, and fendering and guiding works. The purpose of ROVK WBKW 2027 – 2030 is to maintain the hydraulic engineering assets predictably, scalably, and continuously and, where possible, bring them up to standard, thereby ensuring the operational capability of the port.
