Creation of a low-vibration special foundation using the combined bored-and-driven procedure for the steel supports of a noise protection canopy at Bhf. Heilbronn. The pipes connect directly into the chemically aggressive groundwater (only low to very low probability of corrosion) and have a corresponding corrosion allowance. • 43 pcs foundation steel pipes type RO 610 (wall thickness 12 mm, single lengths 7–8 m, grade min. S275). • 13 pcs foundation steel pipes type RO 457 (wall thickness 8 mm, single lengths 7–8 m, grade min. S275) for the south side. • 56 pcs hand excavation / search pits (head holes) up to approx. -1.50 m for route investigation before the drilling process. • 56 pcs pile head beams and 9 pcs foundation/connection beams (cross-section up to 40 x 80 cm) made of structural concrete C30/37 XC4, XF1, WF: produce, shutter and cast. • approx. 8 t reinforcing round steel B500B. • approx. 400 t load drilling material and transport it to a landfill (calculation basis: 30 km distance). • BE measures: provision of 20 pcs load-distribution steel plates (15 mm) as well as temporary crushed-stone load-bearing layers (approx. 100 t) on geotextile for the preparation of the…
