TENDER DESCRIPTION

Internal cleaning of the building used by the Municipal Cultural Institute "Scientific-Educational Children's Center "Muzeiko" and includes: 1. Ongoing hygienic and sanitary service to be performed daily (Monday to Sunday, inclusive) and will include: - Vacuuming, washing and drying of hard floors, including stairs and the visitors' area of the café (excluding kitchen and café storage) (public area – 1,010 sq.m.). The café area is cleaned once (floors, chairs and tables) before the working hours of the Children's Science Center Muzeiko and periodically (floors and chairs) during the day. - Vacuuming, washing and drying of hard (natural linoleum) floors (exhibitions – 1,600 sq.m.); - Vacuuming, washing and drying of hard/soft floors (administrative part – 185 sq.m.); - Cleaning of alleys, sidewalks, areas around the building and the educational block (1,925 sq.m.) – at least once per day; - Collecting and disposing (separately, where possible) of waste, as well as replacing waste bags – at least twice per day from the administrative part and periodically (according to schedule) during the day from the public and exhibition parts, as well as around the building; - Cleaning doors in…
