TENDER DESCRIPTION

For the LiveGuide Climate Protection Information System, the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Energy’s National Climate Protection Authority (hereinafter: the Authority) provides the infrastructure to the Contracting Authority, in which live and test environments operate. With this procurement, we wish to order operation, operation-support, and an expert/developer resource for ensuring 24/7 availability of the LiveGuide Climate Protection Information System until 30.06.2028. Optional lot item: 806 optional expert engineer hours. The successful tenderer’s tasks include, among other things, the operation of RedHat-based systems, particularly the activities set out in point 4.1 of the technical description. The number of users of the system that is the subject of the procurement is currently 29,031 persons, and the operated system is suitable for the registration and handling of 121,671 devices/equipment.
