TENDER DESCRIPTION

Within the framework of the “TOP_Plusz-6.2.1-23 - Sustainable competitive city development” programme, the Municipal Government of Pécs County-Right City is committed to improving the well-being of the local community and modernising urban infrastructure. The Pécs Trade Fair Site, which has served the local residents and visitors for decades, is facing significant transformation. The existing infrastructure and services of the area have become outdated by now. The buildings and public spaces that have remained unchanged for decades no longer meet the requirements and expectations of today, neither for the residents nor for the traders. The central element of the development is the Trade Fair Site area, as well as the old bus turnaround located to its south. The current problems of the area include the minimal proportion of green spaces, morphological disorder, the technical and aesthetic obsolescence of the structures, and the partial development of the transport and utilities networks. The objective of this project is to modernise the Trade Fair Site infrastructure and support the local economy, while preserving the traditional functions. AREAS AFFECTED BY DESIGN: • 24000 hrsz.…
