TENDER DESCRIPTION

The municipality of Leiden intends with this procurement to conclude one integral framework agreement for public lighting (PL). Part of the scope is fault management and maintenance of PL and project-based replacements of PL. For a specific description of the work, reference is made to the specifications. Fault management and maintenance Public Lighting • Corrective and preventive maintenance, including preservation (painting) of cast iron and steel poles. • Resolving faults in public lighting (luminaires, poles, cables, control cabinets), both during and outside working hours (24/7). • Handling through the fault management system MOON or equivalent. • Response, repair and reporting times in accordance with the KPIs in the RAW specifications. • Securing electrical installations in public spaces at the request of the municipality, police or fire brigade. • Incidental replacements of existing public lighting. • Coordination and alignment with assignments from third parties (utilities and project developers). • Preparing traffic plans and submitting them to the municipality of Leiden traffic management department.
