TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Municipality of Oegstgeest will carry out green redevelopment/renovation/renewal on a project basis at various locations in the coming years. The municipality intends to contract one (1) supplier for the coming years who, under a RAW Framework Agreement, will be responsible for the Green Renovation projects of the Municipality of Oegstgeest. Based on historical data and a forecast of the required green renovations in the coming years, the contract value per year is estimated within a certain range. This range has been set between €1,000,000 and €1,750,000. The total estimated contract value for the entire assignment, based on the maximum duration of the Framework Agreement of four (4) years, amounts to between €4,000,000 and €7,000,000. The contracting authority has set the maximum contract value under the Framework Agreement at €7,500,000 excluding VAT for the entire duration of the Framework Agreement (including any extensions).
