A202249 Indoor air repair of the gate building of the Prison of Helsinki as a lump-sum contract for the entire scope. The site is the gate building of the Prison of Helsinki, built in 1881, which has been renovated earlier in the years 2004–2006. The building is protected (sr-1), and the project will, among other things, renovate the large meeting room on the 1st floor and the office premises on the 2nd floor into a modern multi-space environment, as well as carry out repairs in other parts of the building. From the intermediate floors, for example, all insulation materials and harmful substances that impair indoor air quality are removed. At the same time, all building services systems are renewed.
