TENDER DESCRIPTION

For the construction services for the temporary diversion route as well as the replacement new build A4/L136 in Untereschbach/Overath, this invitation to tender seeks construction management (BOL) and construction supervision (BÜ). The services will be managed and directed under a phased contract. The services covered here comprise the following two phases: Phase 1 includes the services for the creation of the temporary diversions. In accordance with the construction schedule in Appendix B, this corresponds to construction phases 1 to 6. It begins with the award of the contract and ends, according to the current construction schedule, after 14 months. In this phase, all services covered by this invitation to tender are required. Due to the delayed awarding of the contract for the temporary diversion route, the construction schedule will correspondingly be shifted. The construction schedule attached as Appendix B is intended only to outline the scope of the construction work and has no binding character.
