TENDER DESCRIPTION

The objective is to use visualization to clearly present the respective planning status of the project to the public. For this purpose, within the scope of visualization, the creation of a realistic and understandable depiction of the construction measure and the project area in the relevant motorway section is required, including the relevant subordinate roads, the adjacent built-up areas in the surrounding area and constraints and limitations, as well as the environmental areas affected. As part of communication with the public, in this context an interactive presentation is also to be integrated into the project website and serve the public as an additional communication platform together with Autobahn GmbH. The communicative support will be handled by a contractor (AN) of Autobahn GmbH in close coordination with you (AN-Visualization) and Autobahn GmbH (AG). The corresponding onboarding of the AG-side AN communication and the required technical support for it will also be the subject of this tender.
