TENDER DESCRIPTION

The objective is to use visualization to clearly present to the public the respective planning status of the project. For this purpose, as part of a visualization, the preparation of a realistic and understandable depiction of the construction measure and of the project area in the relevant motorway section is required, including the relevant subordinate roads, the adjacent development in the surrounding area and constraints/controlling factors, as well as the environmental areas affected. As part of communication with the public, in this context an interactive presentation is also intended to be integrated into the project website and to serve the public as an additional communication platform together with Autobahn GmbH. The communication support will be handled by a contractor (AN) of Autobahn GmbH in close coordination with you (AN-Visualization) and Autobahn GmbH (AG). The corresponding onboarding/training of the AG-side contractor communication and its required technical support will also be the subject of this invitation to tender.
